Melasma is usually very deep at the dermal layer. That's the reason make some other laser can not reach and treat melasma at dermal layer and sometime can cause burn, crate PIH and make melasma even worse. Our Pastelle laser utilize 1064nm wavelength make it reach the dermal layer and scatter melanin cells. Over the time, melasma patch will get lighter and lighter, leave the skintone bright and even.

What is IPL Treatment??
